About the role

Are you a leader, inspirer, and driver looking to champion your team? Pret A Manger is seeking Apprentice Kitchen Team Leaders to coach, mentor, and motivate their in-shop teams. In this role, you'll be a vital part of keeping standards high and ensuring both team and customer satisfaction. Your duties will involve hands-on work, whether it's mastering the coffee machine or diving into the shop's figures. This is a people-centric role for someone passionate about helping their team and shop grow. The apprenticeship includes a mixture of on-the-job and off-the-job training, with regular reviews and feedback sessions. You'll work towards a Hospitality Supervisor – Outlets – Level 3 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining functional skills in English and maths if needed.
