About the role
This apprenticeship offers an exciting career path for individuals of all ages in the optics industry. As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, booking appointments for eye tests, conducting pre-screening, and assisting customers in selecting suitable frames. The role involves a strong focus on customer interaction and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This is a full-time position involving weekend work, with daily on-the-job training provided in-store. Upon completion, you will be a qualified Level 3 Optical Assistant with numerous career progression opportunities within the optical field.
