About the role

Ruislip Stars Nurseries are seeking an Early Years Apprentice to study towards their Early Years Educator apprenticeship L3, with hourly rates ranging from £8 to £11 depending on age and experience. The role involves working directly with children, planning and delivering activities, supporting school children's collections, adhering to safeguarding policies, observing and monitoring children's development, and assisting with outings and cooking activities. Key responsibilities include preparing children's records, undertaking domestic duties like snack preparation, recording accidents, acting as a role model, and maintaining a clean and stimulating environment. The apprentice will also attend staff meetings, parent evenings, and participate in training. Opportunities for career progression include a potential full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. The training is provided by PARAGON EDUCATION & SKILLS LIMITED, and upon completion, participants will have obtained their Early Years Educator apprenticeship L3.
