About the role

Ruislip Stars Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to join their team. The apprenticeship will lead to an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification, with an hourly rate of £8-£11 depending on age and experience. The role involves working directly with children, planning and delivering activities, supporting school pick-ups, adhering to safeguarding policies, observing and monitoring child development, and conducting risk assessments for outings and cooking activities. The apprentice will also attend parent review meetings, act as a key worker, and participate in domestic tasks. Personal and professional development is encouraged, with mandatory training and the opportunity to gain a CPD log. The role also involves liaising with parents and other professionals, supporting children with special needs, and ensuring children are collected by authorized individuals. Upon completion, there is a possibility of a full-time role.
