About the role
This nursery is looking for an individual with a passion for early years and working with children, to join their friendly team. Your role will be supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years, being a key person for a small group of children, making learning fun and enjoyable, whilst maintaining close communication with parents and carers. Duties include acting as a key person, building relationships with parents/carers, advising the manager of any concerns, teaching children through stimulating play, ensuring children's safety, participating in team meetings, and attending training courses for personal development.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Desired skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, number, analytical, logical, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgmental, patience, and physical fitness.
