About the role

Merry Poppets Nursery Ltd is seeking two passionate individuals to join their team as Early Years Apprentices at their Henlow site. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting children's learning and development in a safe and stimulating environment. The role involves assisting practitioners with high-quality care and education, observing and extending children's learning, maintaining records, and working collaboratively with parents and colleagues. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare is essential. The apprenticeship provides comprehensive training, including support towards achieving the Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification, Functional Skills in English and Maths if required, and a minimum of 6 hours per week for learning and development during paid time. Upon successful completion, there is an opportunity for a permanent full-time role.
