About the role

This is a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Recruitment & Sales, offering a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. The role involves attracting, sourcing, and placing high-quality candidates while building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include managing candidate generation through CRM, job boards, and social media, as well as client engagement through regular check-ins and service reviews. You will also be involved in placement delivery, ensuring accurate candidate screening and preparation for interviews. Business development activities, including achieving daily sales targets and maximizing the current client base, are also part of the role. Compliance with industry regulations and accurate record-keeping in the CRM system are essential. The apprenticeship will provide online and face-to-face training as part of the Recruiter Level 3 Standard.
