About the role
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our friendly team at Sunnycroft, providing high quality care and support. As an Adult Care Worker Apprentice, you will support residents with daily activities and personal care, provide companionship and emotional support, and help create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment. You will work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a kind, patient, and positive attitude, good communication and teamwork skills, and reliability. Previous care experience is helpful but not essential. A caring and compassionate nature, and being reliable and trustworthy are key. This apprenticeship offers a possible opportunity to progress within the care sector and develop additional skills and qualifications following successful completion.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (grades 4-9/A*-C) required. Key skills include communication, organisation, teamwork, initiative, and patience.
