Social Media & Office Support Apprentice

About the role

LAT_56 is seeking a motivated and creative apprentice to split their time between LAT_56 (premium bag and luggage brand) and Core Facilities. This role offers the opportunity to work towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification while gaining practical experience in marketing, business operations, customer engagement, and digital technologies. The apprentice will support social media content creation, CRM and marketing systems, digital marketing campaigns, collaborative technologies, and basic marketing asset creation. They will also monitor campaign performance, research market trends, and contribute creative ideas. Key skills required include a creative mindset, ambition, strong communication, curiosity for digital trends, and self-direction. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm. Benefits include coaching, mentoring, onsite parking, and pension eligibility. This is a vocational apprenticeship with comprehensive support from a dedicated QA skills coach and workplace mentor, aiming to develop the skills needed for a successful career.
