Marketing Apprentice

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join NATIONAL BEAUTY GROUP LTD and kick-start their career in the fast-paced world of marketing. You'll work alongside an experienced team and work towards a recognised qualification, all while building the skills and confidence to launch your career in marketing.

Duties include contributing ideas to marketing strategies, providing sales leads via social platforms, detailing and implementing marketing plans, setting marketing schedules, developing sales and marketing strategies for promotions, answering client questions, analysing trends to improve performance, managing and creating content for social media and the website, assigning client accounts for marketing purposes, assisting in organising events, overseeing and developing marketing campaigns, conducting research, maintaining the website and analysing data, proofreading information pages, managing and creating mail campaigns, and assisting with influence/ambassador outreach and campaigns.

Requirements include communication skills, organisation skills, team working, creativity, and initiative. A genuine interest in marketing, social media, and digital content, a creative mindset, good written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are also desired. This apprenticeship offers a pathway to career progression with opportunities for earnings to increase over time, alongside specialist training to gain professional knowledge and skills.
