About the role

This apprenticeship offers a hands-on opportunity to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of site facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-presented working environment. The role involves assisting with both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across various areas, including practical duties like painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, and more. You will also gain experience in maintaining facilities systems such as access control, CCTV, and alarm systems, as well as supporting health, safety, and compliance activities. Administrative tasks, including record-keeping, stock control, and procurement, are also part of the role. This is an excellent chance to develop practical maintenance skills and gain valuable experience in facilities management.
