About the role

Derby Cathedral School is seeking an Apprentice Premises Officer to join their team. This role involves general site maintenance, planned preventative maintenance checks, inspection of assets, perimeter checks, porterage, waste disposal, site security, and installation/repair of assets. The apprenticeship is for 2 years, offering a starting point for a career in Facilities Management. Applicants must be 18+ and possess strong problem-solving skills, situational awareness, and a proactive attitude. GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above are desired. The training will be provided by Derby College.
