About the role

BIZZYBEEZ CHILDCARE LIMITED is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Nursery Practitioner Apprentice. This role involves becoming a key person responsible for a small group of children, focusing on their development and daily care. The apprentice will be involved in carrying out observations, supporting nursery operations, assisting with personal care routines (including feeding, nappy changes, and sleep), and liaising with parents. The position requires a confident individual who can use their initiative, work effectively as part of a team, and maintain an active presence for the needs of the role. Training will be conducted at the nursery setting, with a strong emphasis on a nurturing, play-based learning environment that promotes social, physical, emotional, and cognitive development. The apprenticeship offers opportunities for career progression within the company to leadership positions.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English: C/4 or above (Desired)
• GCSE Maths: C/4 or above (Desired)
• Early years level 2: Pass (Essential)
• Communication skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Team working, Non judgemental, Patience
