About the role
This apprenticeship offers a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. The role involves providing an excellent range of learning activities for children, supporting their development, planning, and observations. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining the learning environment and resources, assisting with food preparation, and supporting children's self-help needs. Key attributes for this role include creativity, enthusiasm, adherence to safeguarding rules and First Aid requirements, and maintaining health and hygiene standards. Upon completion, you can progress to a Level 3 practitioner, with potential for permanent employment and future opportunities in social work, teaching, or management within the childcare sector.
