Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator (NL)

About the role

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with some prior knowledge and experience within a nursery or school setting and especially someone passionate in childcare and early years, looking to further their career.

Duties include providing excellent activities for children, supporting their learning and development, preparing and maintaining the environment and resources, preparing food, supporting self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding and health and hygiene rules.

Upon completion, you will develop into a Level 3 practitioner with the potential for a permanent position and further career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management. You will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and Level 3 Paediatric First Aid. Training is completed remotely with online sessions and tutor support.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, and teamwork skills are essential. Must be creative, take initiative, be non-judgemental, patient, and physically fit.
