About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with some prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and early years and wish to advance their career. The role involves providing engaging activities for children, supporting their learning and development through planning and observation, preparing and maintaining the environment and resources, and assisting with food preparation. You will also support children's self-help needs, demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm, adhere to safeguarding rules, and undertake relevant training, including First Aid. Upon completion, you will become a Level 3 practitioner, with potential for a permanent position and opportunities in related fields like social work or teaching.
