Early Years Educator Apprentice

About the role

COLOURBOX MONTESSORI SCHOOL LTD is offering an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Apprentice to earn while they learn and gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. This role involves supporting children's learning and development, engaging them in fun and educational activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, and assisting with daily routines. The apprentice will work closely with experienced childcare professionals and gain hands-on experience. Desired qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, along with strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, and patience skills. A Full UK Driving Licence is desirable. Upon completion, there is potential for career progression within the company, including full-time roles, becoming a room leader, or pursuing higher-level qualifications and managerial positions. The training will be supported by experienced tutors remotely, with hands-on experience gained in a real work environment.

Entry requirements

• GCSEs at grade 4/C in English and Maths, strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem solving, teamwork, initiative, and patience. A Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
