About the role

This is a Chef Apprenticeship opportunity with Centurion - Lincoln, offering a path to becoming a fully-fledged chef within the Mitchells and Butlers group. The apprenticeship is a Production Chef Level 2 standard, lasting 15 months, and is delivered through work-based training with no need to attend college. Successful applicants will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards. Responsibilities include team communication, guest query handling, kitchen cleanliness, stock rotation, and adhering to company policies. The role requires individuals aged 18 or over due to the nature of kitchen equipment and working patterns. The apprenticeship includes functional skills in English and maths if GCSEs are not held, and regular reviews with a learner coach and workplace mentor.
