About the role
This Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship with REEDLEY CHILDCARE LTD offers a fantastic opportunity to work with children aged 0-5 years. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education, planning engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and supporting children's learning and development. Key duties include building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, observing and assessing progress, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with patience and initiative. Upon completion, there is potential to progress to a Level 5 apprenticeship.
