About the role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will contribute to the development of a strong, effective school with an emphasis on promoting a culture of educational excellence. This role involves supporting students with additional needs, adapting learning materials, and liaising with teachers, SENCO, parents, and external agencies. You will assist in delivering intervention strategies, supporting ICT in learning, and maintaining student records. The apprenticeship provides a pathway to a full-time role within the education field.
