About the role
Annabels Nursery is seeking an Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprentice at Level 5 to join their team. This role involves creating a warm and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months to 8 years, supervising all aspects of child care, and acting as a room leader to a small team. Responsibilities include supporting observations and planning, assisting with the emotional needs of children, safeguarding, and ensuring adherence to nursery policies. The apprenticeship includes training through work-based visits and dedicated study time for coursework, with the potential for full-time employment and further training upon completion.
