About the role
An opportunity to become an Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprentice at Level 5. This role involves creating a warm and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months to 8 years, supervising all aspects of childcare, and acting as a room leader to a small team. You will be responsible for supporting observations and planning for children, meeting their personal and emotional needs, and ensuring the nursery's policies and procedures are followed. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is paramount. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with strong communication, IT, organizational, and problem-solving skills, who are patient, creative, and can work effectively in a team.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English: 4 or C and above (Essential), GCSE Maths: 4 or C and above (Desired), L3 Diploma/ NVQ Early Years: Pass (Essential)
