About the role
This is a varied, hands-on marketing role combining practical experience with structured professional development through a Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship. The role offers the opportunity to develop practical marketing skills across a range of disciplines while playing a meaningful part in building the brand of a dynamic and fast-growing business. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, who will provide strategic direction and support your development, while giving you ownership of your own projects and opportunities to contribute ideas. Responsibilities include creating photography, video and visual assets, coordinating social media schedules, managing email marketing campaigns, designing digital marketing materials, and contributing ideas for new marketing initiatives. You will also support client launch days, assist with event planning and research, coordinate internal company events, prepare marketing reports, monitor LinkedIn usage, generate customer reviews, assign marketing qualified leads, and conduct competitor reviews.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English: 3/4 (Essential), GCSE Maths: 3/4 (Essential), A Level Maths/English: A-C (Desired), Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Creative, Initiative, 1-2 yrs marketing experience, Strong design skills, Digital content creation, Experience using CRM, Email marketing system skills, Written communication skills, Visual communication skills, Organised and detail-oriented, Passion for content creation, Passion for brand building, Proactive and confident, Commercially minded, UK Driving License (preferred)
