Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator (NL)

About the role

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with some prior knowledge and experience within a nursery or school setting and especially someone passionate in childcare and early years, looking to further their career. You will be responsible for providing an excellent range of activities that ensures children learn whilst having fun, supporting their learning and development, including planning and observations. Duties also include preparing and maintaining the environment and resources, preparing food, supporting children's self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding and health & hygiene rules. Upon completion, you will develop into a Level 3 Practitioner with the potential for a permanent position and further career progression into other childcare-orientated roles, teaching, or managerial positions.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience.
