About the role

Embark on a rewarding career as a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice with TEESSIDE LLP. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to support the daily operations of a pharmacy, assist customers with queries, and work alongside the pharmacy team. You will gain a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship qualification through a blended learning approach, with full training and support provided. Key duties include serving customers at the medicines counter, preparing and supplying prescriptions under supervision, managing stock and deliveries, processing prescriptions and sales using pharmacy systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality. We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in healthcare, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. No prior pharmacy experience is necessary.
