About the role
This apprenticeship focuses on all aspects of dealing with a wide range of car parts and accessories for customers and suppliers. The role primarily involves working in the warehouse for picking and packing parts, receiving goods, and preparing customer orders. You will also serve onsite customers, process orders, and handle customer enquiries via telephone. Duties include picking and packing products, managing trade counter sales, communicating with customers, stock control, taking deliveries with basic administration, learning about products, processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above. Desired skills include communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, logical thinking, teamwork, initiative, being non-judgemental, and patience.
