About the role

R. COLLARD LIMITED is seeking a driven and passionate LGV Driver Apprentice to join their transport and demolition team. This apprenticeship offers comprehensive training to become competent in driving various heavy goods vehicles within their fleet. The role involves a physical aspect, requiring good health and fitness, and a strong focus on health and safety. Responsibilities include learning to operate different vehicle types, liaising with customers to provide efficient service, and completing e-learning and classroom-based training. Upon successful completion, apprentices will achieve the role of HGV Cat C Driver.

Entry requirements

  • Category B clean driving licence with 2 years of UK driving experience, Physically fit and healthy, Be able to provide 2 personal references, Lives locally to one of our depots, Willing and eager to learn, Commit to a 2-year learning agreement
