About the role

This is a brand-new opportunity at Nando's Hounslow for aspiring team members to embark on a three-year journey to become Assistant Manager-ready. You will complete the Hospitality Hero Level 2 Apprenticeship and then progress to the Pathway to Assistant Manager Level 3. This role is for individuals aged 18 or older who are energetic, passionate, and eager to learn management skills the Nando's way. The apprenticeship focuses on developing leadership qualities, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency both front and back of house. You will be involved in welcoming customers, serving food and drinks, managing takeaway orders, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
