This new programme offers the Hospitality Hero Level 2 Apprenticeship, seamlessly progressing to the Pathway to Assistant Manager Level 3. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, from front-of-house customer service and efficient till management to preparing and serving high-quality food. The role emphasizes developing management skills to inspire and guide a team, ensuring customers have a consistently 'Fired up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste' visit.
