About the role
As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader with Pub and Grill, you will play a crucial role in leading the kitchen team. Your responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, supporting and guiding team members during busy shifts, and deputising for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met, and monitoring stock levels for efficient service. The role requires a passion for food, strong leadership and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a calm approach during busy periods. You will work as part of a close-knit team and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression within the Greene King brands, with training and development provided by Lifetime Training Group Limited.
