About the role

Join Mara Children's Nursery as a Nursery Educator Apprentice. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to work with children aged 0-5, creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment. You will be involved in teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, participating in a range of indoor and outdoor activities, and supporting children with their self-care needs. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with colleagues, parents, and external customers. The role requires organisation, customer care, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and a non-judgmental attitude. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time position and opportunities for career progression into roles such as Room Leader, management training, or pathways into primary education and paediatric nursing.
