About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring apprentice to join Caterpillars Preschool and gain an Early Years Educator qualification while gaining valuable experience. The role involves caring for children aged 18 months to 3 years, planning educational activities, supporting their development, observing and assessing progress, and communicating effectively with parents. You will also participate in training, attend team meetings, and learn about the industry. This apprenticeship is equivalent to an NVQ Level 3, with potential progression to Level 5 and Early Years Teacher Status.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and maths at Grade C (4) or above or able to achieve Level 2 English and maths whilst on programme. Must be a UK resident with at least 3 years residency in the UK/EU. Visa must not expire before the apprenticeship end date if applicable.
