Early Years Educator Apprenticeship - Level 3

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with some prior experience in a nursery or school setting, and a passion for childcare and early years education. As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development. Your duties will include providing engaging activities that foster learning through play, assisting with planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the nursery environment, and preparing healthy meals and snacks. You will also support children's self-help needs, demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm, and strictly adhere to safeguarding and health and hygiene rules. The apprenticeship includes training for paediatric first aid and any other necessary professional development to meet evolving standards and legal requirements. Upon successful completion, you will gain a Level 3 qualification, and there is potential for a permanent position and future career progression into other childcare-related roles such as social work, teaching, or management.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. A Pass in a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or Childcare qualification.
