About the role

This apprenticeship involves supporting children with EHCPs and additional needs on a 1:1 basis to help them access mainstream education within a small rural village primary school. Duties will include adapting tasks for the children and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the children thrive in a mainstream setting. The apprenticeship is for 1 year and 6 months.

  • GCSE English grade 4, GCSE Maths grade 4. Desired skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administration, number skills, analytical skills, logical thinking, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and being non-judgmental and patient.
