About the role

Rainbow Cubs is offering a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring apprentice to join their team as a Level 3 Early Years Educator. This apprenticeship is designed for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals seeking a full and relevant early years qualification while gaining practical experience. The role involves creating meaningful relationships with children, colleagues, and parents. Key duties include supporting children's care, play, and learning, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, communicating with parents about children's progress, observing and assessing children, maintaining records, attending courses, collaborating with colleagues, and adhering to setting policies. This apprenticeship is equivalent to an NVQ 3, with potential progression to Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner and Early Years Teacher Status. The training is delivered through a blend of online learning, virtual classrooms, one-to-one tutor support, and workplace observations, with no college attendance required.

Entry requirements

• GCSEs in English and maths at Grade C (4) or above or able to achieve Level 2 English and maths whilst on programme. Must be a UK resident with at least 3 years residency in the UK/EU. Visa must not expire before the apprenticeship end date.
