About the role
Kingston Day Nursery is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Apprentice to join their team. This role involves supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. You will assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, observing and recording children's progress, and encouraging their social, emotional, and physical development through play. The apprenticeship includes maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene, as well as attending training sessions and completing coursework. Key responsibilities include working alongside colleagues and parents to support the care, learning, and wellbeing of every child. Essential skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork. Upon successful completion, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment.
