About the role
An exciting opportunity to join Ark Start as an Early Years Educator Apprentice. You will learn to provide a high standard of care, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and create an enabling environment for play and learning. This role requires a genuine passion for helping young children thrive, along with the skill, creativity, commitment, and energy to support their development. You will participate fully in your apprentice studies, promote the nursery's aims and standards, and adhere to all policies and procedures, including safeguarding. Entry requirements
- 5 GCSEs including English and maths at grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent. Team working, initiative, understanding of safeguarding, a willingness to develop, calm under pressure, flexible attitude, and a drive to learn.
