About the role
This is a Level 3 Apprenticeship as an Early Years Educator at Precious Times Day Nursery Limited. The role is ideal for individuals with prior experience or a passion for childcare and early years, seeking career advancement. Duties include providing engaging and stimulating activities for children, supporting their learning and development through observations and planning, maintaining the nursery environment and resources, preparing food, and assisting with children's self-help needs. The apprentice will be expected to be creative, enthusiastic, and adhere to safeguarding rules and health/hygiene standards. First aid training will be provided. Upon successful completion, the apprentice will qualify as a Level 3 practitioner, with potential for a permanent position and career progression into other childcare roles, such as social work.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
