Key duties include providing engaging activities that promote learning and fun, supporting children's development through planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the learning environment and resources, preparing meals, assisting with children's self-help needs, and demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm. The role also requires adherence to safeguarding rules, undertaking First Aid and other relevant training as needed, and ensuring all health and hygiene standards are met.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience are essential.
