About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with some prior knowledge and experience within a nursery or school setting, and especially someone passionate about childcare and early years, looking to further their career. You will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification at the end of the course. The role involves providing excellent activities that ensure child learning and fun, supporting children's learning and development, preparing and maintaining the environment and resources, food preparation, supporting self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding and health and hygiene rules. Training is completed remotely, with weekly online sessions and tutor support. Upon completion, you will become a Level 3 practitioner with potential for a permanent position and further career progression into roles like social work, teaching, or management.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience are essential.
