About the role
Gain valuable experience in the early stages of the project lifecycle as a Pre-Construction Management Trainee. This role involves supporting teams in securing new business opportunities and preparing projects for successful delivery. You will learn about project planning, costing, and bidding, working alongside experienced professionals. The apprenticeship offers exposure to Estimating, Commercial, Design, Operations, and Social Value teams, contributing to high-quality bid submissions and understanding client requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing bids, developing bid strategies, producing customer-focused content, coordinating team input, managing action trackers, maintaining document control, and supporting information gathering for presentations. You will develop an understanding of the project lifecycle and build relationships across the business, continuously learning about industry trends. The program includes technical manuals, behavioural workshops, placements, and relevant qualifications.
