About the role
This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program for aspiring housing professionals within MTR Sales & Lettings. You will gain practical experience in managing tenancies, addressing community issues, and driving positive change in the housing sector. The role involves reception duties, managing viewings, handling keys and payments, providing customer service via various channels, assisting with applications and tenancy setup, answering queries, and undertaking self-learning and on-the-job training. There's also an opportunity to learn about property checkouts, inventories, and inspections. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time permanent role within the organization.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, administrative, teamwork, and initiative skills are essential.
