About the role
Fawkes & Reece is seeking a motivated individual to join their Southampton branch as a Level 3 Recruitment Apprentice. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in recruitment, working with leading construction organizations. You will be trained to identify and attract top talent, manage client and candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, and ensure high standards of service. This apprenticeship includes industry-specific training, functional skills development, and the potential for career progression to a Recruitment Consultant upon successful completion.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English (Grade 5) and GCSE Maths (Grade 5) or equivalent. Desired skills include organization, administration, teamwork, confidence, a desire for sales, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
