About the role

At Swarm Training, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to become part of our dynamic team. This is a great chance to learn about our industry, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a valuable member of the business.

Duties include supporting new and existing clients to hire apprentices, candidate registrations, attraction and education, assisting with the marketing and administration of roles, providing a 360-degree consultative service including business development, working closely with engagement team members and account managers, updating CRM systems, mailing candidates/clients, and reporting. You will become an integral part of the development of the business with career flexibility.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths C/4 or above. Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Initiative, Professional attitude, Eagerness to learn.
