About the role
Join a dynamic front of house team as a Bar and Waiting Apprentice at Cuckfield - London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy hospitality environment. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, recommending menu items, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The apprenticeship includes working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 standard over 15 months, with work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a dedicated coach every 6 weeks. You will also receive support from an in-workplace mentor. Upon completion, there are opportunities for further progression, including higher-level apprenticeships.
