About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Nando's as a Restaurant Manager Apprentice. You will learn all aspects of running a Nando's restaurant, from front-of-house customer service to back-of-house food preparation. The programme is designed for individuals who are passionate about leadership and want to develop their management skills over three years, with the goal of becoming an Assistant Manager. You'll gain hands-on experience in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
