About the role

We're seeking a passionate Production Chef to join our team at Marstons - Green Dragon Welton. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in preparing and creating dishes from our pub menu. You will learn essential prepping skills, gain experience in various kitchen areas, and work within a fast-paced team environment. The role involves supporting the kitchen team with daily operations and ensuring high-quality food delivery.

This apprenticeship, lasting 15 months, will lead to a Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 qualification, including functional skills in maths and English. Entry requirements

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP. Willingness to learn kitchen procedures and work in a team. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required for the functional skills component.
