About the role

An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting at Little Acorns Day Nursery. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career. Duties include supporting children's learning and development, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, and supporting children's care routines and wellbeing. You will build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, observe children's progress, and promote equality and inclusion. This role requires adherence to safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures. Successful apprentices may progress to a Level 3 qualification.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 3/D or above. Communication skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, customer care skills, problem-solving skills, team working, creativity, initiative, and patience are desired.
