About the role
Join Nando's as a Restaurant Manager Apprentice and develop your leadership skills over a three-year program. You'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, from front-of-house customer service to back-of-house food preparation. This role is ideal for individuals aged 18 and older who are passionate, energetic, and eager to learn the Nando's way of management. The program focuses on building your skills to lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive restaurant environment. You will also have opportunities for internal development and access to a range of employee benefits, including free meals, discounts, and social events. Upon completion, you'll be on a pathway to becoming an Assistant Manager.
