About the role
An exciting opportunity to join IMPERIAL EXPRESS CAFE as a Commis Chef Apprentice. This role involves assisting with the preparation and cooking of menu items, learning food preparation techniques and cooking methods, and supporting senior chefs with daily kitchen operations. You will maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, ensure workstations are clean and organised, and assist with stock rotation and storage. The apprenticeship is for 1 year and leads to a Commis Chef Level 2 qualification. Upon successful completion, there may be an opportunity for permanent employment.
